3. Deposits and Withdrawals

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Suspension and Termination

0kkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame, or submission of false or misleading information during registration.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
